Late Nollywood Star Actor Justus Esiri for Burial in April

The remains of the late veteran actor of Nollywood, Justus Esiri who died on February 19th will be laid to rest in the third week of April in his hometown, Abraka, Delta State.

According to the spokesman of the Esiri family, Mr. George Esiri disclosed that after several consultations, the family has despatched a delegation to Abraka to conclude arrangement for date and time for the interment. As soon as that is done, the family will release obsequies.

The late Justus Esiri was born in November 1842 in Oria, Abraka in Delta State. Mr, Esiri attended Urhobo College and later travelled to Germany to study Engineering where he developed interest for the theatres. Thus he began his acting career on stage in Germany.

He rose to fame with his role in the ever popular TV series, The Village Headmaster. Mr. Justus Esiri is the father of one of Nigeria's finest artiste, Dr Sid.
